The last twelve months have been an incredible season for the Alma Campus! Finishing renovations and moving into our permanent home have marked the last year. Through it all, we’ve continued to see individuals and families connect and grow spiritually, while living out their faith all around Gratiot County.

Our permanent location for the Alma Campus is located in the former JC Penney building, just off Wright Avenue in Alma. Deep appreciation goes out to our incredible volunteers from every campus who spent several weeks preparing the old building and assisting in the construction process. This team saved the church tens of thousands of dollars with their hard work and servant hearts!

We’ve been honored to welcome dozens of new families to Community Church over the last year. These individuals are taking steps to serve, lead, be baptized, and to connect in Alma! We launched new community groups and embraced the call to be disciple makers. Parents received tools to disciple their kids as they partner with Community Kids. Our student ministry, Community Students, continues to thrive on Sunday nights and UNiTE, our college and young adult ministry, launched this past winter. This year has brought significant growth in attendance, but more importantly, growth in faith and understanding of who God is.

With this amazing momentum carrying us forward, we can’t wait to see what God will do next in Alma!
